Carole Anne Kemp, 74, of Lutherville, passed away on April 23, 2017. She was born on March 26, 1943 in Baltimore, MD to the late Joseph Norbert and Ethel May (nee Feige) Svec. She was married to Allen Kemp.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Kemp is survived by her husband Allen Kemp and her sons Joe and Mitch.
