Evelyn Margaret Walter, 93, of Reisterstown, MD passed away on April 6, 2017 at the Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster, MD. Born June 2, 1923 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Butler) Lamp and the devoted wife of the late Howard Walter.

Evelyn enjoyed sewing and spending time with family and friends. She was a faithful member of Church of the Open Door in Westminster, MD.

Surviving are her daughter, Linda S. Wagner of Reisterstown, MD; son, George Walter of New Windsor, MD; sister, Diane Walker of Parkville, MD.

A visitation will be held Thursday, April 13, 2017, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home - 2901 Bloom Rd, Finksburg, A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 pm at the Funeral Home, with Rev. John Campbell officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
