Obituary for Earl Thomas Wolfe

Earl Thomas Wolfe, 84, of Hampstead, MD, passed away on August 29, 2016 at his home in Hampstead, MD. Born January 30, 1932, he was the son of the late Charles and Eva (Baer) Wolfe and husband of the late Betty (Bull) Wolfe, who passed on August 11, 2015.

Earl served his country honorably as a sergeant in the US Army. He worked for Gray & Son Construction Company for 49 years. Earl was a member of Hampstead Volunteer Fire Department, a member of St Paul's Lutheran Church, and a member of American Legion Post 200.

Earl is predeceased by his parents; beloved wife; twin son and daughter, Rodger & Linda; brother, Pete Wolfe; three sisters: Maxine Hale, Yvonne Hill and Patsy Rill.

Surviving are his two daughters: Vickie (Doug) Barnes of Hanover, PA, Debbie (Larry) Taylor of Manchester, MD; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, MD. A service will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016, at 9:00 am at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Arcadia.

Memorials are suggested to the Hampstead Volunteer Fire Company, 1341 Main Street, Hampstead, MD 21074.
