On February 1, 2016, James David Blum, IV of Reisterstown, son of James D. Blum, III and Gayle Marie Neville Blum. Brother of Stella and her husband Dan Carroll, Emerald Blum and Samuel Blum. Half brother of Jessica and her husband Matthew Veseskis. Grandson of Frances Neville. Also survived by his niece Violet Veseskis and his nephews Zealand Veseskis and Johnny Ray Carroll.
Services will be held at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 3738 Butler Road, Reisterstown, MD on Monday at 1:00pm. Graveside service to follow. If desired, donations may be made to the St. John’s Epsicopal Church.
