George O. Burton, 64, of Owings Mills passed away on October 31, 2013 at his home. He was born on November 16, 1948 in Baltimore to the late George Albert and Mildred Carpenter Burton.
Upon graduating high school, he enlisted in the US Air Force and proudly served for 20 years. After retiring from service, he worked for the City of Baltimore for 20 years, leaving as the Superintendent of Housing Code Enforcement.
He is survived by his children, Jennifer and Andre Burton, Eugene Van Eikenhorst, and his beloved granddaughter, Anneke Burton, as well as a host of family and friends.
Services will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD
