James B. Eline
A lifelong resident of the Reisterstown area and a fourth generation funeral director, James has been involved in funeral service for over 50 years. Even while a high school student at Franklin Sr. High, James still had responsibilities with the family business. After graduating from Eckols Mortuary School in Philadelphia, Pa, he returned home to work in the business with his father.
James is an active member with Reisterstown/Owings Mills/Glyndon Chamber of Commerce, the Reisterstown Lions Club, Bucs Club and Reisterstown United Methodist Church. Married for over 45 years, Jim’s wife Jan has also been an integral part of the funeral home. Jim and Jan have to sons, Jay and Jeff. During his free time, he enjoys traveling to Ocean City, MD, playing golf and spending time with his two grandchildren.
Jeffrey Eline
A graduate of Franklin Sr. High and Wilkes University, Jeff began working in the family business in 1991. Prior to that, he was a television news director working in northeast Pennsylvania. Jeff is an active member and Past President of the Reisterstown/Owings Mills/Glyndon Chamber of Commerce.
His interests include filmmaking, jazz guitar and magic. Jeff and his wife Gayle, live in Reisterstown with their two children.
Steve Jenkins
A funeral service professional for over 25 years, Steve began his career with Loring Byers Funeral Home in Randallstown. He then joined Eline Funeral Home in 1999 and became manager in 2004. He has worked to build the Pre-Need Program at the Funeral Home. Steve is active in the Reisterstown Kiwanis Club, serving as president in 2007-2008. Steve lives with his wife Rose and their three sons in Hanover, PA and he enjoys spending time with them and camping.
Rose Jenkins
As office manager, Rose is the backbone of the organization. Starting with the organization in 1997, Rose has helped bring the Funeral Home into the 21st century by spearheading the computer installation and implementation of industry specific software. Rose lives with her husband Steve and their three boys, 2 dogs, 2 cats and various other creatures in Hanover, PA. She enjoys camping, golf and working outdoors.
Wayne Osterling
Wayne was raised in the Reisterstown – Owings Mills area. He attended Franklin High School and was a 1981 graduate of Owings Mills High School. Wayne has been in funeral service for over 21 years and graduated from Catonsville Community College with an Associates degree in Mortuary Sciense. Wayne lives in Hanover PA with his wife Dawn and two daughters, Emily and Claire. His interest include Calligraphy, Copperplate and playing guitar.
